Video transcripts are not consistently available across all the courses and modules in the Modern States platform. Is Modern States planning to address this issue?

I was in the middle of taking a quiz when I lost my internet connection. When I logged back in, my progress was lost, and I had to start the quiz all over again. Does the platform automatically save my quiz responses?

It seems like there are some unfinished parts of the LMS or issues with content. Is Modern States aware of these issues and are there plans to address them?
