Attempts set to 5, which forced reset or re-registration for some users

Quiz attempts are unlimited and reset with each attempt

Final Exam quiz is unlocked only after Checks for Understanding are completed with a grade of 75% or higher

CLEP Vouchers and Test Center Reimbursement

Learners must take and submit screenshot showing course progress

Learners share link to award for a course in order to demonstrate satisfactory completion

Help widget available on Home Page, including access to FAQs and option to submit help tickets
