What Happens If My Voucher Is Misused or Entered Incorrectly?

Each CLEP exam voucher provided by Modern States is unique, valid for one-time use, and can be used only by the learner who earned the voucher and for the exam for which it was issued.

To ensure your voucher works correctly:

• Enter the code during your CLEP Registration at myclep.collegeboard.org.

• Double-check the voucher code for any typos before submitting it during CLEP Registration.

• Ensure you’re registering for the specific CLEP subject that matches your course and voucher.

If you believe your voucher was misused in error, please contact our support team with:

• Your name and email associated with your Modern States account on learn.modernstates.org. 

• The voucher code

• A brief description of the issue

• Screenshots

We’ll do our best to help, but replacement is not guaranteed.

In the event of suspected misuse of vouchers, Modern States reserves the right to decline future voucher requests and cancel outstanding vouchers.
